How to install Mac OS X in a non-apple PC?
Before I start first with the process of installing Hackintosh macOS Mojave, I must say that, this not the final release of macOS Mojave. We will be installing the Developer version of macOS Mojave on Our Computer. This also means, some of the feature may not work due to bugs. I would recommend to install hackintosh Mojave on a separate SSD or Hard Drive, so that you can test it before you make a final install on your working Hackintosh.
As we always start with creating the bootable USB Installer for hackintosh installation, we will do the same here as well. To create bootable USB Flash Drive to install Hackintosh macOS Mojave you will need access to a Mac Computer as we need to download macOS Mojave. You would need the USB Flash Drive to be at least 16 gigs or more for this installation.
Now, to download macOS Mojave you need to download macOS Developer Beta Access Utility tool, which will help you download the developer version of Mojave.
Run the tool, and Install the macOS Developer tool Utility on your computer. Once you have installed the tool, it will directly take you to the link to download macOS Mojave.
Before you start creating the USB installer for Hackintosh macOS Mojave, you would need to erase the USB Flash Drive. To erase you USB Flash drive, insert your USB drive and open Disk Utility.
Click on your USB Flash Drive and Click Erase.
For USB name leave it as Untitled
For Format, select MacOS Extended (Journaled)
For Scheme select GUID Partition Map.
Click on the Erase button to Erase the USB.
Once disk is Erased, Close Disk Utility.
After the USB Flash Drive is erased, close Disk utility and Open Terminal. Now in terminal to star creating the USB installer for Hackintosh macOS Mojave, you would need to use the following terminal command.
sudo /Applications/Install\ macOS\ Mojave\ Beta.app/Contents/Resources/createinstallmedia –volume /Volumes/Untitled —applicationpath/Applications/Install\macOS\ 10.14\ Beta.app —nointeraction
If the first command fails try using this second command in terminal to create USB installer for Hackintosh Mojave.
sudo /Applications/Install\ macOS\ Mojave\ Beta.app/Contents/Resources/createinstallmedia –volume /Volumes/USB –applicationpath /Applications/Install\ macOS\ 10.14\ Beta.app
The terminal will now ask you to enter your password in order to start the process. Enter your password and hit Enter, but please note the terminal will not show what characters you type as it will be invisible or hidden.
Now the terminal will confirm if you want to start the process. Enter the letter “Y” and hit Enter.
Now terminal start the process of creating the USB Installer. Depending on the speed of your computer, terminal would take approximately 15-45 minutes to finish the process.
Go ahead and open the Clover Bootloader Application. and follow these steps. You would need this application to install the bootloader for hackintosh.
If you get the Error, that Clover Cannot be opened as the developer is unknown. Do the Following, go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy and Choose Open Anyway.
So click Continue for the first two windows as this is bunch of info about the app. If you have time go ahead review it and then click continue.
On the Destination Select tab, click on the option Change Install Location.
Select the USB Flash Drive that you just created for macOS Hackintosh Mojave Update using Terminal. After Select the Flash Drive click Continue.
Now on the Installation Type Tab Click on the Customize option. Select the option Install for UEFI booting only.
Click on the Dropdown for Drivers64UEFI and Select the following options:
AppleImageCodec-64.UEFI
AppleKeyAggregator-64.UEFI
AppleUITheme-64.UEFI
DataHubDxe-64.UEFI

FSInject-64.UEFI
SMCHelper-64.UEFI
VboxHfs-64.UEFI
Apfs
OsxAptioFix2Drv-64
PartitionDxe-64
